'The Essentials' Wedding Photography Package

This wedding photography package is complete with EVERYTHING that you could want or will need! A handmade Wedding Album - worthy of being an heirloom and up to 160 Professional Prints to accompany this. A couple of enlargements mounted for your wall, and a huge pile of postcard size photos (a ' mountain of memories' featuring every image captured on your wedding day. You will also receive every image digitally (.jpeg) on DVD (and 2 additional copies for your parents) at full quality (c) Copyright Free. There will be an online gallery with password protected access. Your friends and family will also be able to share and download these images FREE form the website! All of these images will be supplied to you resized for web use (for easy sharing of your wedding photography via email, Facebook and uploading to devices like an iPhone)

Album

Handmade Wedding Photograph Album

'Craftsman Created' album in deluxe aged Italian leather - Handmade to order in Tuscany.

Album available in 2 formats: Portrait: 25cm x 35cm & Square: 35cm x 35cm

Albums are complete with a generous number of pages (80 pages Acid Free, PH Neutral 'Gallery Grade' Papers - bound by hand) to accommodate all of your wedding photos and cherished memories.

Prints

Professional Top-Of-The-Range Kodak Endura Photographs of your wedding images with maximum archival life and vibrant brilliance.

You can choose the size of the prints - choose between all of the pages in your album in huge 12" x 8" prints (larger than A4) or double the number of prints (2 per page) printed in professional Photographic paper 9" x 6" or even 3 or 4 per page (ideal for the confetti or throwing of the bouquet shots) as smaller 6" x 4" Endura Prints.

Each page can be different - to suit your photographic selection of your wedding photographs. The maximum quota of images would be;

40: 12" x 8"

80: 9" x 6" Professional Kodak Endura Photographs

160: 6" x 4" Professional Kodak Endura Photographs

(most couples opt for a selection - so pages are varied and respond to the needs of the images and capacity of the album)

4 Prints for framing - Perfect for presenting your very favourite images - 4 Wedding Photographs will be presented in professionally cut mounts (A4) ready for framing. The Wedding Photograph will be a 9" x 6" Archival Print - available in Black and White, Sepia, Colour and in a choice of top-of-the-range professional photographic papers

Ownership of your wedding images

Sounds pretty obvious doesn't it? - Its YOUR wedding day, these are images of your guests, friends and family. These are ultimately precious memories for your and mere 'images' tot he photographer. When you book this any of my wedding photography packages you pay in advance for all of my time not only spent capturing the images, but also the time spent colour correcting and tuning, enhancing and editing the photographs. You will also have paid for these images - They will be YOURS - to keep, share, circulate, print and distribute.

This sounds obvious! - but alas this isn't always the case! I tend to agree with most wedding couples - that their images ought to belong to them (i know i will be demanding this on my wedding day! - So why should i treat anyone differently from how i expect to be treated myself!) Why pay for a photographer and then later after the wedding pay £20 for each image (IF you are able to purchase the 'ownership' at all!)

Reproduction Royalty Waived Images and Disks -YOUR Wedding Photos are YOURS

I provide you EVERY image captured on Disks. Not just the ones im proud of, or as a photographer I think are artistically the ‘best’. The photos will be of your friends, your family, your wedding day and are therefore YOUR wedding memories.

DVDs

All the images are provided to you at FULL resolution (maximum quality) for home viewing on your DVD or computer as well as printing.

Your Wedding DVDs are presented in a Deluxe Storage Box Set - (in Silver, White, Black or Burgandy)

2 extra copies are supplied for your parents

A 4th disk is provided with 'the rest' of the wedding photography images - ie duplicates of group shots (and sometimes embarrassing ('not-so-flattering-shots' from the evenings celebrations - that might not have made it to the gallery)

USB Memory Sticks

Resized wedding images containing all of the photographs from the wedding gallery - perfect for sharing electronically (via email / web use / Facebook / Twitter / iPhone contacts)

2 USB Memory Sticks ('his and hers' for non-squable easy access!)

A password protected gallery will be online usually within 3 - 7 days (maximum of 21 days) This usually contains around 250 - 600 images.

There is even a FREE download facility for your guests visiting your gallery. These are your images to keep and to share - i'll even help you do this with the online gallery and 3 copies of the master Wedding DVD as well as a 4th disk with the images resized for email and web use!

Your friends and family are able to order Professional Prints, stretched canvas enlargements and acrylic 'glass' art prints from the gallery

Hours of Wedding Photography Coverage

The Gold Wedding Photography Package comes with 5 hours photographer attendance as standard.

This will include ownership of all of the images captured within this 5 hour period.

These hours can be extended - hours added to include evening activities - (fireworks for instance or to take advantage of the professional photography set up that is available to you, in order to capture the evening activities and celebrations on the dance floor and as the wedding party blossoms!

Aditonal Hours Reportage - £110 p/h (Discounted to £90 in special pre-paid 'Extended Reportage Packages')

The all inclusive package price (ALL inclusive, with NO Hidden extras, VAT or additional album costing - as EVERYTHING is included in this 'want for nothing' package) All wedding booked in 2011 = £1475

Booking Your Wedding Photographer

Before You Book

We will meet, to arrange a wedding photography package that reflects your needs, in terms of hours of coverage, time that your reportage starts and when you would like the coverage to continue until. I can show you a selection of the albums that will be available to present your images of your wedding day. We will review the wedding photography packages that I offer (currently 18) and we can tailor (tweak, enhance or modify) your selected package that most suits your needs and photographic requirements

You will always meet the wedding photographer who will be attending your wedding.
You will always see their work and not portfolios from other Wedding Photographers.

Sound obvious? - alas this isn't always the case!

You will be able to see sample albums, watch slide shows on a large laptop from recent weddings (including complete reportage of 600+ images from one wedding if you want to)

Every wedding has its own password protected gallery. You can see one of these – to view a ‘typical wedding’ – I can suggest a wedding that is most similar to your own in terms of venue, season, number of guests or even style, theme and activities.

Wedding Booking

You receive a wedding photography contract (legally approved) and detailed bookings forms, that list all of the provisions agreed (in terms of hours of attendance, number of prints, number of CDs / DVDs of all the images and time scales of delivery)

(Deposits for weddings booked in 2011 will be £495. This deposit secures your wedding date and is deductible from your final wedding package price)

The Balance for your wedding photography is payable in 2 installments - 3 months and 1 month before your wedding date.

Alternatively you can opt for an option to pay 1/3 as the deposit, 1/3 will be due 6 months before your wedding and the final 1/3 would be due on the wedding day or alternatively after delivery of the proof images (within 1 – 3 weeks of your wedding date)

Before Your Wedding

You will meet with your photographer again at your venue (s), to discus the final details of your day and to arrange the portraits and group shots of your wedding party. We will use the purpose made Photography Booklet at this meeting to assist us to plan and prepare the group shots and portraiture requirements.

At Your Wedding

We have already planned the required photographs and when they will happen, so this is one less thing to worry about – one less ‘detail’ to weigh on your mind!

You will have hired an experienced professional Photographer, who will record your wedding day without dominating it or taking up unnecessary precious and irreplaceable time on your wedding day.

After Your Wedding

Delay isn't something that you will appreciate, so we endeavor to deliver the 'proof' images online in average 3 - 10 days from your wedding. 'Proof Photos' are also sent to to the wedding couple, these will be delivered to the wedding couple after they return from their honeymoon (as there will be far too many to fit through the letter box (possibly the cat flap!)

At this point wedding couples can also expect to receive every photograph taken by their wedding photographer on full size NON-watermarked, copyright free master DVDs.

Once we receive your order for your wedding album and prints, you can expect these back within 2 - 4 weeks. Orders for Wedding Photo books can take a little longer due to design and production time (4 - 6 weeks)
