Ownership of Wedding Images by the Wedding Couple

Reproduction Rights and Ownership on ALL images on DVD will be granted to the wedding couple after a 12 / 6 month or 3 week period (as stated on each Wedding Package)

Use of the photographs for commercial use and publication is permitted providing there is acknowledgement to the photographer, in name along with each published photograph.

The photographer will retain the right to use any of these images in his/her portfolio (for wedding photography promotional purposes only)
